Over 200 teams entered the competition in December. The Next Great Starship’s jury reviewed them all and selected 24 Sakura Sun weapon designs. 15 were directly selected to enter the final competition, and one of them was saved by the community. On March 14th, 4 teams were subjected to the Save vote which kept 2 of them in the competition.
